With medium / large websites, it is very common to want to control who has the right to make changes to your live website. Fortunately, our Content Management System makes this easy.
You can given different users and groups rights to view, edit and publish whatever pages you wish. For example, you might even want to allow some of your selected partners to edit parts of your own website (e.g. some CSPs allow LAs to edit their own sections).
If a user doesn't have the right to make a page public themselves, they can instead flag it as 'Finished', which will automatically send an email to a user who does have rights, asking them to approve the publication.
